are sent airmail as small package item (weight permitting) Airmail is usually 7 – 10 working days.

PROOF OF POSTAGE
is obtained for every package sent, if the item goes missing, a royal mail investigation will determine what has occurred and should the package be found to be undelivered, then item will be covered up to a maximum of £28 and refund/replacement will be given based on the investigation.

PLEASE PRINT NAME & ADDRESS CLEARLY
on your letter as it will be used to address your parcel and avoid any addressing mix ups. Also include item title and number when possible as it WILL speed up your delivery
